The steps involved in a grain processing line can typically be categorized into several major stages: raw material preparation, cleaning, processing, and packaging.

 

The first step is raw material preparation, which encompasses the collection, preliminary screening, and storage of raw grain. This stage requires ensuring that the grain is clean, dry, and stored in a categorized manner to prevent the introduction of impurities or spoilage caused by moisture and mold. Depending on the specific type of grain, additional treatments-such as hulling or dehulling-may also be performed to facilitate the smooth operation of subsequent processing equipment.

 

The second step involves cleaning and grading, primarily utilizing methods such as sieving, air aspiration, and magnetic separation to remove stones, impurities, dust, and metallic foreign objects. The cleaned grain is then conveyed via a transport system to the crushing or pulverizing stage, where it undergoes crushing, grinding, or milling treatments in accordance with specific product requirements. This is followed by drying or moisture conditioning to adjust the grain's moisture content to meet process specifications, thereby ensuring the quality of the finished product. For products requiring blending, a batching and mixing process is also conducted to ensure the uniform distribution of all ingredients. The final stage consists of packaging and warehousing, wherein the processed grain is packaged, sealed, and labeled according to specifications before being transferred to storage facilities or the transportation network. Throughout the entire processing sequence, emphasis is placed on the smooth flow of materials, hygiene and safety standards, and the efficient operation of equipment, all with the ultimate goal of guaranteeing production quality and food safety.
