Essential Stone Removing Machine for Rice Milling Line
In paddy and rice processing, side stones (stones of the same size as rice grains) mixed in raw grain bring big trouble to rice mills. Ordinary sieve cleaners can only remove large debris and cannot separate heavy stones of similar size. If stones enter the husker and rice polisher, they will damage rubber rollers and sand rollers, causing equipment breakdown, maintenance cost, and finished rice quality complaints. The TQSC gravity destoner adopts gravity separation technology to remove stones, clay lumps, metal fragments and other heavy impurities. It is indispensable pre-cleaning equipment for complete rice milling plants.
Working Principle
The TQSC gravity destoner separates grain and stones based on the difference in specific gravity and suspension velocity, combined with vibration and airflow. Raw grain falls on the fish-scale sieve deck. Upward air fluidizes the grain bed. Light rice / paddy floats on the upper layer, slides down the inclined sieve and exits as clean grain. Heavy stones sink to the sieve surface and are conveyed uphill by directional vibration, then discharged separately from the stone outlet. It can efficiently remove side stones which have the same size as rice grains.
Application Materials
Main: Paddy, brown rice, finished white rice. Also available for wheat, corn, soybean, peanut, rapeseed, sesame and other granular grains. Suitable for small rice milling workshops and medium rice factories. It can work as a standalone machine matching small rice mills or integrate into complete rice milling lines with daily capacity from 15 tons to 150 tons.
