Working Principle and Structural Design
This machine features a negative-pressure dust extraction design, effectively reducing wear on the fan impeller caused by impurities. It is a highly efficient and eco-friendly cleaning and screening system that combines initial screening via a rotating drum with subsequent fine screening via a vibrating screen.
The equipment employs a combined process integrating an upper drum screen, a lower vibrating screen, and air-separation dust removal: After entering the hopper, the raw grain automatically flows into the screening drum for the first round of screening. Large impurities such as rice straw and twine that are larger than the screen mesh are separated and discharged through the large-impurity outlet. Material smaller than the screen mesh size falls onto the vibrating screen surface after initial screening. Through further vibration screening, small impurities such as soil, sand, and fine particles are separated and discharged through the small-impurity outlet. On the vibrating screen, clean grain larger than the mesh size, along with light impurities such as foreign matter and grain residue, is subjected to a longitudinal negative-pressure airflow that removes these light impurities. The light impurities are conveyed to a discharge unit for centralized removal, while the final clean grain is discharged through the grain outlet and transported to storage silos via conveying equipment, fully achieving the ideal cleaning and screening effect.
