Product Features and Applications
The 500-ton grain drying tower is equipped with three positive-pressure centrifugal heaters of different specifications (with power ratings of 75 kW, 37 kW, and 45 kW, respectively) and one 22 kW cooling fan.
The hot air temperature can be flexibly adjusted within the range of 45–160°C. With a total installed power of 211 kW, the system is equipped with a YL-600 fully automatic fuel oil burner. It delivers a heating capacity of 6,000,000 kcal/h, providing stable and efficient heat supply. The fuel oil heating method is clean and controllable, meeting the heat source requirements of various operational scenarios.
With an effective volume of 294 m³, the unit ensures continuous and stable drying operations, significantly improving grain processing efficiency. It is the ideal equipment for grain warehouses, large-scale grain farmers, and grain processing enterprises to achieve mechanized grain drying and ensure safe grain storage.
