Product Features and Applications
Since grain entering the tower has high moisture content and low temperature, the first drying section uses high-temperature air and high airflow to rapidly reduce moisture content.
At this stage, hot air efficiency is very high; saturated exhaust gas is quickly expelled from the tower, improving drying efficiency and increasing production.
As the grain enters the gentle drying section, heat exchange occurs: heat from the surface is conducted inward, while moisture moves from the interior to the surface. This reduces cracking rates and improves grain quality. By the time the grain enters the second and third drying sections, its temperature has reached over 30°C and moisture content is below 20%. At this stage, low-temperature drying is employed to conserve energy.
The cooling section employs a mixed counterflow mode, allowing the grain to cool slowly and thoroughly. Since the air temperature in different drying sections is adjustable, the color and quality of the dried grain exceed national standards, earning high praise from users.
