Optimized Structural Design for More Scientific Drying
The 300-ton grain drying tower features a scientifically optimized angular box arrangement and employs advanced counter-current drying technology to effectively prevent damage caused by direct contact between frozen grain and high temperatures, thereby ensuring grain quality. A counter-current mixing drying section is located at the bottom of the unit to rapidly reduce grain moisture content. All air temperature zones are equipped with a gentle drying structure, preventing issues such as grain splitting and cracking at the source, thereby further enhancing drying quality.
Precise Segmented Drying to Meet Storage Requirements
The central drying section employs a cross-layout design for the angular boxes, ensuring more uniform heat distribution and more stable drying results. An independent cooling section has been added at the bottom. While completing moisture reduction and drying, it simultaneously lowers grain temperature, ensuring that the dried grain can be safely stored immediately, eliminating the need for an additional cooling step.
Innovative Process Upgrades: More Efficient and Energy-Saving
Traditional drying towers often use a central air-inlet mixed-flow mode, which suffers from long drying cycles and high operating costs. This independently developed new counter-current drying tower abandons the traditional central air intake structure, eliminating unnecessary processes and significantly increasing drying speed. It saves 0.5–1 fen per jin of grain in drying costs, delivering significant long-term economic benefits.
Flexible Adaptability to Scenarios, More Convenient Operation
This machine supports flexible, batch-style drying, eliminating the need to fill the tower completely. It can operate normally regardless of grain volume-whether large or small-accommodating various drying requirements. In contrast to traditional center-airflow drying towers, which must be fully loaded to start, this machine offers greater flexibility and is suitable for a wider range of applications.
