Product Features and Applications
The main unit measures 2920 × 2750 × 11400 mm, with a batch capacity of up to 32 tons, an effective volume of 57.3 m³, and a moisture reduction rate of ≥0.5%/h.
The equipment features a classic design consisting of "1 drying section + 1 cooling section." The total height of the drying section is 2780 mm, and the total height of the conditioning section is 5430 mm.
With an adjustable hot air temperature range of 45–160°C, the equipment achieves uniform moisture reduction through a co-current drying process. Simultaneously, the conditioning stage minimizes grain cracking and damage, thereby preserving grain quality to the greatest extent possible.
