Product Features and Applications
This 100-ton steel silo is a storage facility specifically designed for storing granular materials such as corn, wheat, and soybeans. The silo body is constructed from high-quality hot-dip galvanized steel sheets, employing a spiral-rolled interlocking process to ensure excellent airtightness, moisture and insect resistance. Its robust and durable structure has a typical service life of up to 25 years.
This equipment supports customized design, and ventilation, temperature monitoring, and conveying systems can be customized based on the stored materials, storage capacity, and local climate conditions.

Cone-bottom steel silo
Flat-bottom silo is an assembled steel silo made of galvanized corrugated plates with a flat bottom, built on a cement platform, which mainly consists of two parts: silo roof and silo body. It is generally installed on flat or conical concrete foundations. A silo-cleaning auger and scraper conveyor are fitted at the bottom, and the silo is elevated a certain distance from the ground. This design facilitates the discharge of stored grain from the flat-bottom silo, prevents stored materials from getting damp, and enables adjacent steel silos to be interconnected via conveying equipment for convenient grain extraction as required.
Conical-bottom silos are prefabricated galvanized corrugated steel silos with conical bottoms, consisting of three parts: silo roof, silo body and conical bottom. Grain steel silos with conical bottoms stand on supporting steel frame structures, allowing stored materials to be easily self-unloaded by gravity. These grain steel silos are elevated off the ground, which prevents stored materials from getting damp. Meanwhile, adjacent steel silos can be connected via conveying equipment, facilitating the extraction of grain as needed.
