• Raw Material: Wheat consists of endosperm, germ, and bran. The endosperm is rich in starch and gluten, while the bran is rich in dietary fiber, making it an excellent raw material for flour production.
• Cleaning and Debris Removal: A combination of air-screening and multiple processing steps is used to thoroughly remove impurities such as straw, stones, dust, and weed seeds, ensuring flour purity and yield.
• Moisture Conditioning: Uniformly adjusting moisture levels for wheat with varying dryness characteristics optimizes grain structure, making the endosperm easier to grind and the bran more pliable, thereby stabilizing the processing workflow.
• Constant-Temperature Soaking: Moistened wheat is left to rest and absorb water, facilitating easy separation of the bran from the endosperm. Soaking duration ranges from 8 to 24 hours, with moisture content controlled at 14–16% prior to milling; adjustments can be made based on whether the wheat is soft or hard.
• Precision Milling: Utilizes a separate bran and endosperm milling process, with multiple stages of bran, endosperm, and bran-removal mills working in conjunction with sifting, bran separation, and flour loosening equipment. Through step-by-step milling and cyclic sifting, the resulting flour is fine-textured and of high quality.
• Graded Flour Output: Capable of producing Special Grade 1 flour, Special Grade 2 flour, Standard flour, middlings, and bran; large-scale units can produce graded flours and specialty flours, supporting the simultaneous production of premium and standard grades.
