Process Flow
Cleaning and Impurity Removal Section
The equipment configuration includes a magnetic separator, vibrating screen, and stone remover operating in tandem to effectively remove large impurities such as metal debris, straw, and stones from the wheat. At the same time, it cleans the wheat grains of fine impurities adhering to their surfaces, such as soil, awns, dust, and insect eggs, thoroughly purifying the raw grain to produce clean, qualified wheat kernels.
Washing, Conditioning, and Milling Section
The cleaned wheat undergoes washing and moistening in a washer/moistener, after which it is sent to a conditioning silo for storage and conditioning to prepare for subsequent milling. The wheat kernels are then crushed by roller mills to break down their structure, enabling the effective separation of flour, bran, and by-products. Simultaneously, the material is screened and graded by particle size, ensuring consistent and stable quality of the finished flour from the source.
Finished Product Packaging Section
Once processed to meet standards, the finished flour is packaged in specially selected breathable bags that are moisture-resistant and breathable, facilitating long-term storage and locking in the original wheat aroma.
