Corn Processing Technology
Raw Grain Cleaning Section
This section integrates screening, stone removal, magnetic separation, and air classification into a multi-stage purification process. It thoroughly removes all impurities-including large and small foreign matter, sand, gravel, and metal debris-from the corn, ensuring the raw material is clean and free of contaminants.
Dehulling and Germ Removal Section
This section employs a process flow consisting of double dehusking, single polishing, double screening, and a single final selection. Through double dehusking and polishing, the outer husk and germ are completely removed; a suction system is used to separate the husk from the flour. The material is then screened and graded by kernel quality. Using a fish-scale plate air-classification system based on specific gravity, broken germ and husk fragments are thoroughly separated, thereby refining the quality of the raw material.
Grit Production Section
This section employs a complete process involving crushing to produce grits, brushing to remove free bran, grading by sieving, and air-suspension separation. First, the material is crushed into standard grits, and the soft endosperm is finely ground into flour. Free bran is then brushed off, and the product is graded by particle size. Using air-suspension density separation, fine bran particles are removed from the grits, resulting in a clean, high-quality finished product.
Flour Milling Section
This section employs a multi-stage recirculating grinding and layered screening process. Corn fragments are finely ground in successive stages, and the finished flour is promptly separated via screening. Through repeated processing and screening, the flour achieves a fine, uniform texture and high yield.
Weighing and Packaging Section
Equipped with a finished product storage silo to reduce labor costs associated with material handling; supports both manual quantitative packaging and electronic automatic packaging modes. Specifications are adjustable to accommodate processing plants of various sizes.
