Machine Structure

The equipment consists of 7 core components:

1. Feed hopper: Equipped with flow control baffle to adjust feeding speed and ensure stable operation
2. Sand roller assembly: Core working part made of high wear-resistant emery, completes corn peeling through rotary friction
3. Screen cylinder: Perforated screen surrounding the sand roller, discharges peeled corn bran while retaining corn kernels

Working Principle

After corn kernels enter the dehulling chamber uniformly from the feed hopper, driven by the high-speed rotating sand roller, they generate continuous friction and extrusion with the sand roller surface and screen cylinder inner wall, gradually peeling off the corn seed coats. The peeled fine bran passes through screen holes and is sucked out by the air separation system. Dehulled kernels move toward the discharge end under propulsive force and are finally discharged from the outlet. By adjusting the gap between sand roller and screen cylinder, peeling time and friction intensity can be flexibly controlled to adjust final peeling effect and kernel integrity.
