1. Zhoukou has a large grain planting area and high yields, but harvest season is often marked by rainy weather. Traditional sun-drying methods are prone to mold, resulting in a wastage rate of 7%–9%.
2. Existing drying equipment lacked sufficient capacity to meet the centralized drying demands of tens of thousands of acres of fertile farmland, delaying grain storage.
3. With increasingly stringent environmental policies, the cooperative needed to comply with local pollutant emission standards while also seeking to reduce costs by qualifying for agricultural machinery subsidies.

We equipped the client with two 150-ton biomass pellet furnace drying towers, precisely tailored to local needs.

1. Each unit processes 150 tons per day; when operated in tandem, the daily drying capacity reaches 300 tons, covering multiple grain varieties including wheat and corn.
2. Powered by biomass pellet furnaces, the system offers high thermal efficiency and meets pollutant emission standards, aligning with environmental requirements.
3. Equipped with a fully automated control system, it requires no dedicated personnel to monitor operations, precisely controls grain quality, and minimizes breakage.
4. The equipment is included in Henan Province's 2024–2026 Agricultural Machinery Purchase Subsidy Catalog, allowing users to benefit from government incentives.
