Application Scenarios
Working Principle of Conical-Bottom Steel Silos
1. Material Storage: Grain is conveyed by an elevator into the sealed space of the silo for storage.
2. Grain Condition Monitoring: Temperature sensing and ventilation systems monitor the temperature and humidity inside the silo in real time.
3. Ventilation and Conditioning: The ventilation system introduces dry air to dissipate moisture and inhibit grain heating and mold growth.
4. Discharge: Thanks to the conical-bottom design, the grain flows out naturally under its own weight along the conical surface; this ensures clean discharge without the need for manual cleanout.
