Production Process
- Raw paddy is fed through the inlet and conveyed by an elevator to the air-jet stone separator, where stones and various impurities are removed.
- The cleaned paddy is conveyed by a double elevator to the husking unit for husking, and the husks are promptly extracted by a blower.
- The mixture of paddy and brown rice is conveyed by an elevator to the gravity separator for sorting.
- Undecorticated rice grains identified during screening are automatically recirculated back into the dehusking process for reprocessing.
- The sorted, clean brown rice is fed into the polishing equipment for polishing and refining.
- Fine husks generated during processing are extracted by a blower and conveyed to a dust collector for centralized collection.
- The refined finished rice is automatically discharged through the outlet.
